We're very excited to be able to bring you earthPoints - our new rewards program designed especially for you - our loyal customer.

There are three main ways to earn earthPoints:

• on purchases made
• by leaving product reviews
• by referring friends

From time to time we will also give away bonus earthPoints on certain products.

How many earthPoints will I earn?

You will earn 1 earthPoint for every $1 (whole) dollar spent on purchases, including GST but excluding shipping. For eg: if your order total (ex shipping) comes to $58.65 inc GST, you will recieve 58 earthPoints.

You will earn 20 points for every approved review that you leave. Please see more about leaving a review below.

You will earn 100 points for every friend you refer who becomes a member and completes an order with us within 60 days. Please see our referrals policy below for more information.

What are earthPoints worth?

Currently 100 earthPoints is equal to $5.00

How can I use my earthPoints?

When making a purchase you can choose whether or not to apply your earthPoints to that order during the checkout process. If you choose to use your earthPoints, all available points will be applied against the order up to the order total. If the order totals more than the available amount of earthPoints, you will be prompted to enter another form of payment (credit card, direct deposit, paypal etc). If the order totals less than your available amount of earthPoints, the remaining earthPoints will be saved in your account for next time.

Can I pay for shipping costs with earthPoints?

At the moment, shipping costs cannot be covered by earthPoints so you will need to add a secondary form of payment to cover these costs.

What can I pay for with my earthPoints?

Due to a bug in the system, earthPoints will currently only be applied to the purchase price of items you are ordering excluding GST and shipping. We are working on fixing this so that you will be able to apply your earthPoints to the entirety of your purchase. Until then, you will be prompted during the checkout process to provide a secondary form of payment to cover the GST and shipping costs.

Will I earn points on purchases paid for with earthPoints?

No, earthPoints will not be earned on purchases paid for entirely with earthPoints. If a purchase is partially paid for with earthPoints, only the remaining amount will earn earthPoints. eg. If your purchase price is $100 and you use 200 earthPoints equaling $10; you will earn 90 earthPoints.

Will I earn points on purchases paid for with a discount coupon code?

No, your earthPoints will be calculated after any discount codes have been applied. eg. If your purchase price is $100 and you use a discount code valued at $20, you will only earn 80 earthPoints.

How are earthPoints applied to my account?

earthPoints earned through purchases are automatically applied to your account. earthPoints earned through reviews and referrals will be in a pending state until approved by earthology. These earthPoints will only be approved if the conditions are met (please see our Referrals Policy and Reviews Policy for more information)

How do I earn bonus earthPoints

From time to time we may offer specials whereby a certain product will incur bonus earthPoints. These bonus points will be offered for a limited time only and are subject to the same rules governing other earthPoints.

How many points do I need to redeem earthPoints on purchases?

Currently, there are no minimum points needed before you are able to redeem your points against purchases.

Is there a minimum purchase amount to redeem my points?

No, currently you do not have to make a minimum purchase in order to redeem your earthPoints against that purchase.

Is there a maximum amount of points that can be redeemed per purchase?

No, currently there is no maximum amount of points that can be redeemed during any one purchase.

How do I redeem my earthPoints?

You will need to log in to your account before proceeding to the checkout. Once in the checkout, you will be able to see how many earthPoints you have in your account. You will need to click on the "Apply Points" button to have your points redeemed against your purchase. There is currently no way to choose how many points you can redeem against your purchase. This means that if you have less earthPoints than the value of your purchase; all of your points will be applied against the purchase amount. If you have more earthPoints than the value of your purchase; enough points to cover the purchase (excluding GST and shipping) will be applied.

When do my points expire?

There is currently no expiry date on earthPoints within an account. However, approximately every 3 months; any account with a balance of 50 earthPoints or more, will have those points deleted from the account and a gift voucher to the dollar value of the total amount of earthPoints will be emailed to the account holder. For example, if an account holds 50 earthPoints, the points will be deleted and a gift voucher for $2.50 will be emailed to the account holder. These gift vouchers are then subject to our normal gift voucher rules.

How do I earn points through referrals?

In your account, there is a section called "Referred Friends", where you can enter your friend's name and email address. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer but you will only earn earthPoints if they are not already a registered customer of ours.
You will see in your account that you have points pending for your referral/s. Once your friend registers with us (using the same email address as your referral), places an order and pays for it, you will receive an email confirming that your referral has been completed.
We will then validate your points, usually within 7 days.

In order for your review to be eligible to earn points it must comply with the conditions set out in our review policy AND your reviews must be for products that you have purchased through earthology

Once a review has been approved, your points will be validated in your account. Validation may take up to 7 days.

General earthPoints Terms and Conditions

earthology reserves the right to change, amend or suspend the earthPoints program at any time without prior warning.

earthPoints are only available to registered users of earthology.

earthPoints are not redeemable for cash.

earthPoints are not transferable.

earthPoints can only be earned through online transactions at www.earthology.com.au

earthPoints will not be refunded to your account should you cancel an order paid for with earthPoints.

earthPoints will not be refunded to your account should you return your purchases paid for with earthPoints.

earthPoints cannot be awarded to your account retroactively.
