Operations
You can add an item to the shopping cart directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product, by clicking on the blue "add to cart" button.
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You will be able to see what is in your shopping cart in the column on the right hand side of the page.
Under your list of items in your shopping cart on the right hand side of the page, there is a button titled "checkout". Clicking on the checkout button will take you to a page where you can edit your cart if you wish and add any discount coupon or gift certificate codes you may have, before continuing on to the checkout to complete your purchase.

Order Status
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the secure checkout process. If you have chosen to pay via direct deposit, cheque or money order, further details on how to do so will be available in the confirmation email.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "My Account" link in the green navigation bar at the top of our webpage. You will also receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
We will pack and ship your order shortly after payment has been received. Cancellations made before we ship your product will incur no charges unless we have completed some customisation at your request, such as writing on a gift card, in which case we will refund you less the cost of those items. If the order has been shipped our normal exchange/return policy applies, which can be found here.

If you have not received your order, or received notification of a delay, after 14 days of placing your order, you must contact us. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the estimated date we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Our inventory advertised online should be accurate, however, in the unlikely event that we do not have your items in stock, we will call you or email you to discuss when or if that item will arrive and whether you would like to wait for a backorder, change your order or obtain a refund.
If an item you are interested in is listed as being out of stock, and you would like to place an order, please contact us via email.
My Account
To create an account before placing an order, you can click on the link in the "members" box in the column on the right hand side. This will take you to a page where you can create your account.
Alternatively, you can add items to your cart and create an account during the checkout process.
Once created, you can use your account to track orders, create a wishlist and earn earthPoints. Any items you place in your cart will be remembered for the next time you log in to the site.

Click on the link in the "members" box on the right hand side of the page and you will be taken to the account login page. There is a link on that page called "Forgot your password?" When you click on that link, a new password will be emailed to the email address you have registered with us. You can then login to your account and reset your password.

Shipping
At present, orders placed with us online may not be picked up. We offer delivery via Australia Post with a flat-rate of $6.50. Please see our detailed shipping policy for more information.

Yes, we can ship orders to Post Office boxes within Australia.

Australia Post can take between 1-7 Business days, depending on your location. Most orders should be received between 2-3 business days from dispatch.

How do I use a Gift Certificate?
When you have received a gift certificate, you will be given a unique code which you can enter on the first page of the checkout process.
If the purchase value is less than the gift certificate amount, the balance can be used at a later date. You can check your balance at any time in your account.
If the purchase value is greater than the gift certificate value, the remaining amount will need to be paid for by one of our payment methods.
Gift certificates can be used to pay for both products and shipping charges.
