Good Earth Guarantee:

At earthology we wish to make your online shopping experience a safe and enjoyable one, which is why we have introduced the Good Earth Guarantee. Under this policy, we guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price paid.

All that we ask is that the product is un-used, un-worn and un-opened (where applicable) and returned to us in its original packaging.

You will need to contact us for a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) prior to returning the goods.

You will be liable for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping charges in all cases except where the product is faulty (please see our Returns policy below).

We ask that you hold on to your proof of postage, as we will not be able to refund you for products that go astray without adequate proof of their return.

We will refund you via your choice of an earthology gift certificate or by reimbursing you via the original method of payment.

Returns:

At earthology, we take great care with the packing of all orders, however, sometimes accidents or errors may occur. If you find your parcel contains faulty, damaged or incorrect products, please contact us.

If your parcel contains faulty or damaged products, we will happily replace the item (if in stock) or refund you the full purchase and shipping price. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will provide you with details on how to return the product to us, at our expense. Please note we will not be able to refund you until we receive the returned product. If we deem the product to not be faulty or damaged, you will be charged for the return shipping and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will, however, refund the purchase price in full as per our Good Earth Guarantee.

If your parcel contains incorrect products, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. We will provide you with details on how to return the product to us, at our expense, and once received, we will ship the correct product out to you. If we do not have your correct product currently in stock, we will, at your discretion, either place the item on back-order and have it shipped to you when it is back in stock or we will refund you the full purchase price and advise you when the item is back in stock.

Refunds are available as your choice of either an earthology gift certificate or by reimbursing you via the original method of payment.

Refunds will not be processed until returned goods have been received by us and the refund process may take up to a week after that.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are available in any amount you choose between $5.00 and $1000.00. You can find our Gift Certificates in the Gifts category here.

To purchase a Gift Certificate, enter the amount you would like the certificate for and choose to have it sent to either your email address or direct to the recipient.

Once payment has been received, you or your recipient will be emailed with a unique code that can be entered into the Gift Certificate/Coupon section of the checkout.

All Gift Certificates are issued with an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase and will be indicated in the email. Once a Gift Certificate has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date and it is the responsibility of the Gift Certificate holder to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.

The purchaser of a Gift Certificate will earn earthPoints on the value of the Gift Certificate. The redeemer of a Gift Certificate is not eligible to receive earthPoints for the value of the Gift Certificate.

Refunds for items paid for by an earthology Gift Certificate (or part thereof), will be refunded in the form of an earthology Gift Certificate. If a secondary method of payment was used, that amount will be refunded as your choice of either an earthology gift certificate or via the original method of payment.

Purchases made with Gift Certificates are not eligible for any promotional offers running at the time (for example Free Gift with Purchase offers).

Product Reviews:

To leave a review, click on the link at the top of any product description page. You'll be taken to the review page where you can submit your review for that product.

Reviews must comply with the following conditions:

• Reviews must be original
• Reviews must be concise and focused
• Reviews must not contain spam or commercial content and/or links
• Reviews must not contain abusive or threatening content

earthology reserves the right to remove any review that does not comply with the above conditions.
