Shipping

All purchases are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment. We charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $6.50 throughout Australia, however all orders over $150 will be shipped for free.

Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post. All parcels will be marked "Do Not Safe Drop" which means, if the parcel does not fit in your mail box and there is no one available to receive the parcel, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel from Australia Post. Similarly, your parcel may be delivered via Australia Post’s Registered Mail service and may require a signature. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, normal Australia Post policy applies, and a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Should you not collect your parcel and it is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges may be payable for re-dispatch. Similarly, please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address as parcels returned to us as undeliverable may also incur a re-dispatch fee. In both cases freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.You may wish to consider using your work address for delivery if no one will be at home during business hours.

An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped and it is then your responsibility to inform earthology if your order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place
 

Packaging:

We aim to use the least amount of packaging required to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.

Wherever possible we will re-use packaging materials received from our suppliers or elsewhere and encourage you to reuse these materials where possible also.
